Welcome to the Breeder Referral page of the Cascade Havanese Club. The Breeder Referral page of the CHC is a subscription service available only to members of the CHC in the regular/voting category. The subscription service runs for one year.  The CHC makes no warranty or guaranty about the breeder or puppies from the breeder and, as always, the prospective havanese owner should have done considerable research and be prepared to ask the breeder about a sales contract, guarantees and health testing.
