CHC Membership

"The CHC membership committee shall endeavor to advance the interests of the Havanese breed by managing the membership application process of its prospective members and encouraging current club members to participate in club activities and to comply with the terms of their membership status as Active, Associate or Junior members."  Mission Statement - Membership Committee

If you would like to join CHC, you can download our Member Application Form (PDF file) and send it to the club registrar.  This form can be filled out using Acrobat Reader before printing, or you can print and fill it out by hand.
